Arsecast Extra Episode 399 – 15.02.2021

Welcome to another Arsecast Extra, the Arsenal podcast, with myself and James from @gunnerblog.

In this episode we go over the 4-2 win over Leeds, discussing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s sensational return to goalscoring form, making the most of our first half domination by scoring the goals we did, Mikel Arteta’s positive – and slightly surprising – team selection, the joy of Bukayo Saka, the influence of Emile Smith Rowe, and what was overall a really good win. There is some discussion of the second half, which wasn’t as much fun, as well as questions about taking care of Saka and player welfare, Willian (again!), Gabriel Martinelli, rotating in Europe and dealing with this hectic schedule, Martin Odegaard and lots more.

Remember, you can send us questions via which we’ll try and get to each week. Send them to either @arseblog or @Gunnerblog (or both) using the hashtag #arsecastextra. Best to send them Monday morning so they get noticed more easily.
