For those of you who use the Arseblog Android app (available on the apps page along with the iOs app), we’ve had a couple of small problems lately, but would be very grateful for your help in solving issues as and when they arrive.
If you see the message below, please click report and give as much information about the problem and your device (make, model, Android version etc) so we can get the bottom of it as soon as possible.
As well as that, if you notice any smaller problems, bugs, or glitches, you can go to the app menu and choose ‘report a problem’. See below:
Again, as much info as you can give as to the nature of the problem and when it occurs would be a great help, as well as your device info. The more feedback we get, the easier we can get things fixed and prevent further issues.
Please remember, the app is free of charge and @lineten offer as much support as possible when trying to get things fixed. A little patience might be required from time to time, but please contact them before leaving bad reviews on the Play Store.
