Welcome to another Arsecast Extra, the Arsenal podcast, with myself and James from @gunnerblog.
A third defeat in a week has left Arsenal’s chances of finishing in the top four very remote, but it has precipitated the longest Arsecast Extra of all time. James and I discuss the Leicester game, Unai Emery’s approach, and the result in the context of our recent form which has seen us lose four of our last five league games. We chat about the squad, what needs to be done, the manager and his work, the ownership, the structures we’re supposed to have in place but don’t, our recruitment needs this summer, and loads more besides. There’s a lot of introspection, plenty of confusion, a smidgen of bewilderment and probably no satisfactory answers but Arsenal’s situation right now is a long way from black and white. Thanks as always for listening.
Remember, you can send us questions via which we’ll try and get to each week. Send them to either @arseblog or @Gunnerblog (or both) using the hashtag #arsecastextra. Best to send them Monday morning so they get noticed more easily.
You can subscribe to the Arsecast Extra on iTunes by clicking here. Or if you want to subscribe directly to the feed URL you can do so too (this is a much better way to do it as you don’t experience the delays from iTunes).

Also, if you’re a fan of the show, please leave us a rating/review on iTunes, it’d be greatly appreciated.
