Bits and pieces going on. As I pointed out the other day the press were eager to make a story out of Arsene Wenger saying selling Patrick Vieira was a mistake. He denies that, saying “Many times in our history we have lost big players and we have lost another one. I think we have to go on with what is in front of us and not look backwards.”

The boss has also slammed a France friendly against Martinique as ‘scandalous and inexplicable’ but says he was not expecting any better from the French federation.
