Good morning.
I am, it’s fair to say, all World Cupped out. I’ve written about it. I’ve spoken on the various podcasts about it, from what happened on the pitch to what happened off it, and at this point I need to put it bed. So, unless there’s something outrageous or impossible to ignore, that is the end of the World Cup coverage on this site for another three and a half years.
Now, Arsenal. It’s all Arsenal, all the time. Arsenal, Arsenal, Arsenal.
*checks news*
Hmmm, well. There we go then. I except things will heat it up in the days ahead. There’s a Mikel Arteta press conference on Friday. Then the whole Christmas thing. Then football. And after that, strap yourselves in.
For today though, I am feeling a bit under the weather and I barely slept, so I’m going to take a day to myself if you don’t mind. There are fresh Arses for you to chat away in.
And just a quick thanks again to everyone who bought a Goodly Morning mug. We’ve donated €5000 each to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Our Lady’s Hospital for Sick Children here in Dublin. You guys are the best.
Thanks to everyone who bought Goodly Morning mugs, we have raised €10,000.
This morning €5,000 each went to @GOSHCharity in London, and @CMRF_Crumlin here in Dublin to support the amazing work they do for sick children and their families.
