Well, it’s half time in the Community Shield and so far our plan for glorious failure (before we go on to win the league by 20 points) is going exactly as planned. That hideous cunt Drogba managed to score while he wasn’t rolling about on the ground, but we’ve had the best of the match, and Fabregas has had a good game, particularly when he got stuck into Ukelele. The cunt. Kolo had an excellent shot saved by Cech after Ukelele was robbed in midfield.
More later, assuming I don’t decide to go and drink minty rum-based cocktails in Edinburgh’s festival parade.
